YOU WANT FRIES WITH THAT NOTHINGBURGER?

[Thanks to BREITBART for this info.]

The next step in the Democrat’s attempt to unseat a lawfully elected President has been taken.

Step One was an “Investigation” by the House Intelligence Committee which concluded that President Trump “solicited foreign interference on his behalf in the 2020 election.” That conclusion led the Committee to advance to the next step.

Step Two is a “Report” which has been presented as a “core, fact-finding effort”. Right away there is a problem because the responsibility for such a report belongs to a different Committee (House Judiciary Committee which begins today.)

The rogue report makes no mention of bribery (a subject which consumed much of the agenda of the “investigation”.) Nothingburger.

The “report” states no precise grounds for continuing the impeachment process. Nothingburger.

The “report” implies that the President “conducted foreign policy through an irregular channel”. Even if true, this is not an impeachable offense because there is no Constitutional provision forcing the President to use certain channels. Nothingburger.

The “report” makes a false statement saying the President “halted vital military assistance”. Every witness at the “investigation” testified that was not true. In fact it was former President Obama who refused such aid. Nothingburger.

The “report” makes a false statement saying President Trump imposed a condition upon a White House meeting. Several witnesses claimed otherwise, and the one witness finally admitted he never actually heard such a condition imposed, he was “presuming” the President did it. Nothingburger.

The “report” says the President’s agents “pursued a drug deal”. The Democrat’s key witness explained that “drug deal” is a ironic and sarcastic phrase, not a serious description of actual negotiations. Nothingburger.

The “report” claims the President “pressed for a political favor”. The person the Democrats claimed was the target of the pressure has repeatedly stated there was no pressure, and no quid pro quo. Nothingburger.

The report relies heavily upon the hearsay conversation of an individual who was never called to give testimony. That individual eventually stated publicly, “Let me be clear. there was absolutely no quid pro quo…” Nothingburger.

The “report” claims President Trump “obstructed the impeachment inquiry“. In fact there was no Congressional authorization for the “inquiry”. The “inquiry” was conducted almost exclusively behind closed doors and denied the President’s right to legal representation. Nothingburger.

The “report” claims the President tried to stop witnesses from testifying. White House staff who were called to testify showed-up, teatified, and stated they were never told to do otherwise. Nothingburger.

The “report” claims the President intimidated witnesses by public statements and social media posts. Such commentary is allowed by the First Amendment and could not be called intimidation because it happened after the fact. Nothingburger.

The House Judiciary Committee will now take this platter full on Nothingbrgers and consider articles of impeachment against President Trump.
