HOW MANY WAYS TO SAY “I WON’T ANSWER THAT.”?

Today special counsel Robert Mueller utilized variations of the phrase “I won’t answer that question.” 123 times!! He was talking to United States Congress Representatives from two separate committees duly sworn to conduct a lawful investigation into the results of the two years and $30M spent “looking into” allegations of collusion between Russia and President Trump.
Mueller’s refusal to be clear and thorough in willingly giving Congress everything he knows sure looks like The Deep State/Shadow Government at work. This seems to be more about politics than about justice.
