One of the Clinton dynasty’s most generous financiers and Bill’s personal drinking buddy is being sued by one of the 40 victims of sexual abuse by him when they were teenage girls. Clinton’s pal avoided life in prison by agreeing to pay the victims cash, spend a year in jail, and to register as a sex offender. That “unusual” plea deal is what prompted the current lawsuit.

Well, here’s the thing… the federal judge who is was overseeing the lawsuit died suddenly yesterday while vacationing in his Montana retreat. The judge was old, quite old (96), but was not ill. Hmm.
