Somewhere in the past a serious foul up allowed certain government groups to appoint federal judges on their own without Presidential approval.The Obama administration watched approvingly as many judges gain office this way.

Last Thursday the Supreme Court ruled 7-2 that such practice is unconstitutional by virtue of being a conflict of interest for judges appointed by the Securities Exchange Administration.

Many of these bogus judges are updating their resumes in preparation for finding a new job because the new SCOTUS ruling makes it MUCH easier for the President to announce, “You’re fired!”

HERE”S an example of how harmful the bogus appointment process can be.

The two “NO” votes were from Ginsburg and Sotomayor, the Liberal Ladies of the court. They apparently prefer allowing the obviously unconstitutional practice to continue.
