ANNIVERSARY – Today is the 68th anniversary of the beginning of the Korean War.

President Truman (an old-fashioned Democrat) committed military forces to turn back the invasion, led by General MacArthur.

The  cold, bitter fighting went on for slightly more than three years. Many American fighters were killed, wounded, or missing.

Many think the war ended in a stalemate, that is untrue.  The invasion was repelled and there is a South Korea today.  We achieved our objective.

There was never a formal ending to the Korean War.  Technically, we are still in a state of war with North Korea.

President Trump is bringing a formal end to the war.  After North Korea returns the remains of Americans they’ve been holding since 1953,the denuclearization of North Korea will begin.

Register and vote against candidates who oppose President Trump as he continues to make America great again.
