In the wrong hands, the technology could be used to unlock doors, wire money , make online purchases, or collect and transmit intimate personal data, just by hitchhiking on music being played on the home radio.

The “wrong hands” mentioned above would likely be corrupt lawmakers zealous to promote the Liberal goal of total government control.
