If the Court of Appeals accepts a ruling made by a Washington state Federal Judge it will then go to the Supreme Court.
The ruling will, “order the government to suppress and stigmatize any public recognition of ANY BIOLOGICAL DISTINCTIONS between . . . women, men and children.”
If it becomes law all civic groups will lose nearly all lawsuits if women try to exclude men from showers and bathrooms, athletic competitions, victims’ shelters, girls’ schools, civic competitions, or any single-sex civic group or practice.
Transgender ideology declares a person’s sex is determined only by his or her feelings of “gender identity,” NOT by their chromosomes.
Liberal lunacy can be controlled. Register and vote against Democrat/Liberals.
