In the world of country music there is a phrase, “hat act”. It refers to a singer who ALWAYS wears a cowboy-style hat when performing.

Well, Congress has its own hat act, which is pretty strange when you realize there is along-standing prohibition of headcoverings in congressional sessions. Anyway, that’s not the point here. I want to focus on the hats. She owns hundreds of cowboy hats and won’t be seen without one perched precariously on her head. There is a comical quality to it.

Suffice it to say Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-FL) is one of many members of the Democrat’s Muckraking Platoon, President Trump Division. Her latest attempt to damage President Trump was to characterize him as an insensitive brute when talking with the survivor of a U.S.military man recently killed-in-action.
