IF LIBERAL DOCTRINE RULED SCOTUS OBAMACARE WOULD DIE.

Since Obamacare is the signature program in the Liberal agenda, the vote on today’s matter should look like this IF the justices were politically motivated:
Liberal justices (4)– Breyer, Ginsburg, Kagan, Sotomayor, should all vote FOR.
Non-Liberal justices (5)– Alioto, Kennedy, Roberts, Scalia, Thomas, should all vote AGAINST.
How they actually voted:
FOR (6)– Breyer, Ginsburg, Kagan, Kennedy, Roberts, Sotomayor.
AGAINST (3)– Alioto, Scalia, Thomas.
Two non-Liberals crossed the party line and voted FOR.
Zero Liberals crossed the party line and all voted FOR.
So what? Here’s the point: Liberal doctrine demands judicial priority be the AGENDA..
