A 2012 Defense Intelligence Agency report shows that Obama knowingly assisted in the formation of ISIS. The Pentagon report shows that ISIS was an anticipated result of the joint (the West, Gulf nations, Turkey, and al-Qaeda) effort to depose Syria’s dictator.
