In a nation where the Rule of Law is sovereign, where NOBODY is above the law, innocence is presumed until guilt is proven. To prove guilt by a trial requires sufficient credible evidence which must be beyond all reasonable doubt.

Does America hold the Rule of Law to be sovereign? Not if the DNC and Hillary walk-away untouched by the Justice Department from the recent revelation of multiple audio and video recordings showing de facto criminal violations of campaign law.
