Now, in 2016 nearing the end of his last term, a profoundly damaging storm has flooded much of the state of Louisiana and Obama is playing golf somewhere.

According to the CEO of The Red Cross, so far, the floods in Louisiana have taken the lives of 13 people and impacted tens of thousands of homes, with estimated damage at least $30 million.
