Barack Hussein Obama is famous for saying, in a 2012 speech, “You didn’t build that!” He directed the remark at Americans who owned a small business. He claimed someone else [the government] contributed to the existence of the enterprise. Obama’s intent seems to be to play-down independent entrepreneurial effort and extol the virtues of government oversight.

Mrs. Obama has used a now familiar phrase in her speeches. She says she lives “in a house built by slaves”, referring to the White House. Her motive seems to be to focus on a dark time in America’s past while insinuating slavery remains a lingering, unresolved injustice in America.

Well, slaves did participate in the construction at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, along with professional tradesmen and laborers who were white. There is evidence that the slaves who worked on the White House were paid for their time by the government.

It seems POTUS and FLOTUS both want to portray America as a place without “justice for all”, and a place where government is, and should be, involved in everything.

Register and vote against continuing Liberal/Progressive politicians at the helm of America.
