A U.S. Congressman offered his on-air opinion of the Republican nominee recently.

Rep. Keith Ellison,D-MN, stated, on live ABC-TV, that George Wallace was a Republican!?

In fact, Wallace ran for the Democratic nomination in 1964, 1972, and 1976. In 1968 he sought the Independent nomination. Not one time did George Wallace ever align himself with the Republican party.

The colossal error went unchallenged by the big-time on-air personalities, and by editors at ABC-TV. (What they did during the three-second delay is not known.)

So watch the man (who predicted way back in July of 2015 that Trump would win the nomination) step on his own body parts by citing a Democrat as the worst Republican nominee ever…until Trump.
