If you are running for president of the United States and scandal after scandal keeps coming from all sides, you need a distraction to divert people’s  attention away from you.

Why not create a diversion by having some minion pull a really stupid move, or say something unbelievably out-of-touch?

So, in that spirit, Sec. of State John Kerry was asked to sacrifice whatever dignity he had remaining after brokering the Iran deal along with his boss, by making the following public announcement: ” Air conditioners and refrigerators are as big of a threat to life as terrorism posed by Islamic State.” 

For the briefest of moments the attention of concerned Americans trying to figure-out who should get the reins of the nation in November was turned aside to the man who took over for Hillary so she could shoot for Barack Hussein’s soon-to-be-available job.

Fresh from gifting $350B to Iran along with a direct path to nuclear weapons capability, Kerry stepped-up to the microphone at some International GW/CC confab and actually stated for all the world to hear, “Air-conditioners-and-refrigerators-are-as-big-a-threat-to-life-as-ISIS.”
