The bureaucratic division of government that gives awards to other bureaucratic divisions of government for executing their bureaucratic duties at a level which meets or exceeds established efficiency levels is called… “The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).”
Hillary’s State Department was awarded The Archivist Award, by NARA, twice (2010 & 2012) during the time she had an unauthorized email server loaded with Secret and Top Secret State Department emails. The prestigious award recognizes superlative record-keeping practices!!
