LIBERAL REPUBLICANS DENIED THEIR OBAMA/BOEHNER BUDGET

Instead of setting this year’s budget at lower spending levels as previously agreed to under the Budget Control Act (BCA), Republican Leadership attempted to sneak-in an additional $30 billion under the Boehner-Obama budget deal from 2015.
They were able to force their their Liberal budget through Committee, but do not have enough votes for passage!
Grassroots conservative pressure and Representatives Brat and Stutzman voting against the budget in committee, along with efforts by the House Freedom Caucus, and the Republican Study Committee, resulted in a major setback for pseudo-conservative House leadership.
