To get a group of U.S. citizens representing the number of abortions performed in America since 1973, when the Supreme Court ruled that unborn human babies are not persons and therefor do not have Constitutional protection, it would be necessary to assemble the entire population of the following states:
WY, VT, AK, ND, SD, DE, MT, RI, ME, NH, HI, ID, WV, NE, NM, NV, KS, AR, MS, UT, IA, CT, OK, OR, KY, LA, and most of Alabama.
