Barack Hussein appointed this woman despite– or probably because of– her clear history of disdain for individual property rights. She has stated her opinion that property rights allow people of color to be kept at a disadvantage. She advocates for government ownership of property versus individual ownership.

Of the 54 Republican Senators only 36 voted to deny the Socialist a spot on the bench. 5 senators did not vote, and 13 voted to help Obama in his ongoing effort to staff America’s Federal courts with supporters of Liberal Doctrine.
