DEFINE THE TERM “GUN DEALER”. -5*

Barack Hussein Obama’s Iranian-born, communist-raised, chief advisor Valerie Jarrett informed the American press that her boss is preparing to issue an Executive Order which will redefine what current law defines as a “firearms dealer”.
As his reign circles the drain, soon-to-be-former President Obama has realized he has an outstanding major item on the Liberal agenda… getting guns away from citizens.
Obama’s plan is to issue a proclamation (EO) redefining exactly what constitutes a “Gun Dealer”. There is no new law involved, merely a new interpretation of existing law.
The idea is to broaden the definition so that just about anyone who sells a gun will be a “Gun Dealer”. This will allow full-blown background checks on virtually every gun sold in America!
The idea is to keep guns out of the hands of criminals. Good idea, but… the fatal flaw with Barry’s plan is that criminals do not buy guns from gun shops, or from gun shows. Criminals buy guns from other criminals on the Black Market who have burglarized homes, and robbed gun stores to get them. (The recent slaughter in San Bernardino, CA was executed without a single background check of the shooters).
Infringing on the Constitutional right to own guns is not the way to keep guns out of the hands of evildoers. And it is unconstitutional.
It is not logical to assume additional background checks will reduce crime. Such added bureaucracy will only accomplish added difficulty for peaceful, law-abiding citizens to protect themselves.
The elephant in the room here is the fact that Liberal Doctrine agrees with every Totalitarian tyrant in history about armed people being impossible to dominate. That’s why the Constitution DEMANDS that individual gun rights are SACRED!
