“REPUBLICAN” NOT SYNONYMOUS WITH “CONSERVATIVE”.

There are 246 Republicans in Congress. A true Conservative should have voted against a bill which takes control of education from the states and gives it to Washington. Only 65 of the 246 voted NAY!
