The Commander-In-Chief of America’s military has instructed them to give ISIS terrorists a 45-minute warning before any offensive strike.

It took Obama 15-months to even begin attacks on ISIS’ lucrative oil business. Now, when the strikes come they are designed to target only oil, not ISIS personnel.
Oil exports provide the bulk of ISIS funding.
