The Governor of New Mexico has declared an emergency in the state that requires ignoring a certain inalienable God-given right to arm yourself.
The self-appointed Queen of New Mexico has issued a directive replacing the Second Amendment with her special plan to reduce crime by making it illegal to carry a firearm.
The new Queen Michelle [see pic below] says the Constitution is “not absolute”, but her edicts are!
