The comprehensive report makes assessment of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Nuclear Weapons Capability.
Ratings are based upon Readiness; Capacity; Capability; and Overall.
Each service is rated according to a scale of Very Weak; Weak; Marginal; Strong; or Very Strong.
The bottom line?… Four of the five services have an Overall rating of Marginal. The Army is rated Weak.
