The Supreme Court affirmed Americans’ right to self-defense by carrying concealed firearms!
Then, they confirmed that parents have the right to use school choice vouchers to send their kids to religious schools!
Then, they confirmed that Americans’ have an absolute right to pray both privately and on public property!
And, finally, the Court affirmed that the Federal government has no jurisdiction in the matter of abortion!
As of today, law-abiding Americans have the right to:
have a firearm in their possession at all times;
no longer pay their tax dollars to support schools which they do not utilize while spending more of their own money to send their children to faith-based schools; pray on public property;
know that their federal tax dollars are not used to end the life of unborn babies.
The Democrats currently wield most of the power in legislating and executing laws. So how did these four changes which are diametrically opposed to Democrat ideology happen? Say hello to Checks and Balances!
The third of the three branches of the federal government took a look at the existing laws which said people cannot carry guns, nor can they use the portion of their taxes allotted to education to pay for religious school costs, nor can they pray on public property, nor can they demand that their tax dollars not be used to end the lives of unborn babies.
In every case the Supreme Court (aka the Judicial Branch) ruled that existing laws must be changed because they are not consistent with The Constitution of the United States.
The Executive Branch (Joe Biden), and the Legislative Branch (Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer), got their hands slapped by the Supreme Court!
The system our forefathers gave us is working.
The Constitution is worth preserving.
Democrats must stop trying to fundamentally transform America.
Let’s stick with the Constitution.
