Sanctions work IF plentiful alternate sources for whatever the targeted nation provides to the world are available. If that nation has a corner on some materials sanctions don’t work. Also, if that nation is one of just a few suppliers then the same problem will result… the working class of the sanctioning nation will suffer.
Biden is going to make us pay more for gasoline as a way to make Russia regret their land-grabbing ways. Joebama is definitely on the idiot spectrum!
