Since moving to Pennsylvania Avenue Joe Biden has been pretty much kept away from little girls.
In a lapse of security (to protect citizens from Biden) someone sent their little girl from the audience to stand beside Biden at a bill signing ceremony.
Like a wolf surprised to see a little rabbit come walking-up to him, Biden collected his thoughts and went right -in to his old creepy ways. Watch the video HERE.
