Article II, Section 4 of The Constitution says “The President…shall be removed from office on Impeachment…” . The Democrats twisted this simple description of who can be impeached (the President) to allow them to impeach someone who is NOT the President. How can you remove someone from an office they are not in?

Also, a Presidential Impeachment trial does not involve a jury of peers. The Jurors are the 100 members of the U.S. Senate, who must reach a two-thirds majority to remove the President from office. Also, the Judge is not a Federal or State judge, but is the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

THE CURRENT CHIEF JUSTICE HAS SAID HE WILL NOT PRESIDE-OVER THE TRIAL OF A PERSON WHO IS NOT CURRENTLY THE PRESIDENT! That should be the end of the matter, right?

Not to be hampered by the Constitution the Democrats say they will have one of their Senators serve as Judge to impeach a man who is not President!

They are making-up their own rules as they go along.
