The Liberal modus operandi is to win votes by giving what one person earns and owns to another person who does not work, and does not earn, own, or maintain anything.

So whoever is promising the most “free stuff” should do well in the polls.

For example, Vermont Senator Sanders, aka “Benevolent Bernie”, is gaining on Mrs. Clinton, who, not long ago, was considered to be unbeatable. She may have several problems contributing to her loss in popularity, but one of those problems has to be that she is not offering enough free stuff.

Bernie, on the other hand, is heaping promises on Liberal voters. He will add free college tuition to the cell phones, cheese, and health care already in the pot.

This is textbook “bread and circus” methodology from Roman history. Just before their collapse the leaders of Rome used diversion and distraction to control the people’s restlessness. The focus of government was on the satisfaction of the immediate, shallow requirements of the people.

After the bread and circus government became so weak,the hordes of foreign invaders easily conquered Rome.
