In the Bible* Jesus was asked by his very closest followers about the sign of his return to Earth after he ascended into heaven.

His answer included a precisely itemized list of 12 different circumstances or events. He very clearly said that when all 12** signs were occurring simultaneously that would be the signal of his imminent return.

Here is a list of the 12 things. Judge for yourself if they are all part of our 2015 world:

1. Men claiming to be Jesus. Deceiving many. (Web search these names to see just five of the many pretenders active today: John Miller in Austrailia; Jose Luis Miranda from Puerto Rico; Vissarion in Siberia; Apollo Quiboloy in the Philippines; Moses Hlongwane in South Africa).
2. Wars and rumors of wars. (Duh).
3. Nations and Kingdoms against one another. (Duh).
4. Famines in places all-around the world. (In 2013, more than 17,000 children younger than 5 died every day — most from preventable causes. It’s estimated that nearly half of these deaths were tied to hunger. That’s about one every 10 seconds).
5. Ravaging diseases all-around the world. (MERS;Ebola; H7N9; H1N1; HAI; Cholera; Plague; Chikungunya; AIDS).
6. Earthquakes all-around the world. (Last 30 days–Chile; California; Mexico; Indonesia; Washington; New Zealand; Alaska; Oklahoma; New Guinea; Oregon; Taiwan; India; Virgin Islands; Puerto Rico).
7.Christians hated, persecuted, killed. (Christians are the most persecuted religious group worldwide. An average of 180 Christians are killed each month [Source: Open Doors USA]. Christians in more than 60 countries face persecution from their governments or surrounding neighbors [Source: U.S. Department of State].)
8. Many people become intolerant, haters, betrayers. (Read today’s newspaper.)
9. Much doctrinal confusion caused by false prophets. (Romanism; Mormonism; Watchtower Society; Scientology; The Twelve Tribes; Unification Churches; Int’l Churches of Christ; The Family; Christian Identity Movement; Nation of Islam; United Pentecostal Church.)
10.Prevailing maliciousness causing the love of many to grow cold. (Read today’s newspaper).
11. Gospel of Jesus Christ being heard worldwide. (At least some part of Scripture has been translated into 2,212 of the world’s 6,500 languages.366 languages have the entire Bible.928 other languages have the New Testament.Individual books (such as the Gospel of John) are available in 918 additional languages.80 percent of the world’s people have access to at least some portion of the Bible in a language they can understand. 12. The abomination spoken of by the Prophet Daniel [Daniel 12:11] must have been set up. (This speaks of corruption within the visible church which has become subservient to Satan. Read of the many scandalous televangelists and the hypocrite leaders of mega-churches and small groups alike).

Some of these 12 signs have been real throughout history, but never have all 12 happened at the same time.
