First: Establish and exercise of religion; Free speech; Free press; Free peaceful assembly; Free petition of government regarding grievances.

Second: Freedom to own and carry weapons as means to establish a well-regulated militia.

Third: Freedom from being forced to house soldiers.

Fourth: Freedom from unreasonable search and seizure without a sworn warrant.

Fifth: Freedom from charges of infamous or capital crime without a grand jury indictment except those in military service; Freedom from repeated charges for same offense; Freedom from being a witness against one’s self; Freedom from being deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; Freedom from having property taken for public use without just compensation.

Sixth: Freedom to have a speedy, public trial by impartial jury of residents of district where crime occurred; Freedom to be told the nature of an accusation; Freedom to confront all witnesses against you; Freedom to gather witnesses in one’s favor; Freedom to have Counsel for one’s defense.

Seventh: Freedom to a trial by jury.

Eighth: Freedom from excessive bail or fines; Freedom from cruel and unusual punishment.

Ninth: Freedom to enjoy all rights not enumerated in the Constitution.

Tenth: Freedom of States and people to exercise any rights not delegated to the U.S. by the Constitution.

Eleventh: Freedom from jurisdiction of U.S. judicial system in any suit brought against any State by any other State or foreign nation.

Twelfth: Procedure for electing President and Vice-President.

Thirteenth: Freedom from slavery and involuntary servitude.

Fourteenth: Freedom from exclusion from citizenship; Freedom from being deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process; Freedom from being deprived of equal protection based upon race or gender.

Fifteenth: Freedom from being deprived of right to vote based upon race, color, or previous condition of servitude.

Sixteenth: Allows Congress to levy Income Tax.

Seventeenth: Direct election of Senators by popular vote.

Eighteenth: Prohibition of alcoholic beverages.

Nineteenth: Freedom from being deprived of right to vote based upon sex.

Twentieth: Term lengths for elected Federal officials; Defines process for having no President Elect.

Twenty-First: Repealed the Eighteenth amendment.

Twenty-Second: Term limits for the President.

Twenty-Third: Allows residents of Washington D.C. to vote for Electors for President and Vice-President.

Twenty-Fourth: Freedom from paying a poll tax as a condition of voting eligibility.

Twenty-Fifth: Procedure for succession of President and Vice-President.

Twenty-Sixth: Minimum voting age of 18.

Twenty-Seventh: Prohibits Congressional salary changes from taking effect prior to start of next set of terms of office for Representatives.
