Is America’s voting process badly in need of modernization? It seems like the IRS can track every dime every citizen makes or spends with amazing accuracy. Why can’t the same government guarantee the integrity of the handling of those same people’s ballots?
One wonders if it is ever lawful for a poll worker to pick-up a pen and mark something on one of the ballots, since each and every mark on a ballot is the private, personal, unalterable expression of the voter to whom it belongs.
Also, why does the fellow look all-around before marking the ballot?
