Today the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia granted Hillary Clinton’s request to refuse to testify under oath about her criminal mishandling of official information by using her personal email for matters affecting national security which cost the lives of Americans in Benghazi.
Hillary’s offense is punishable by imprisonment. But her “At this point what difference does it make?” defense has been accepted by America’s justice system, so she will likely remain free to serve again, perhaps, as Sec. of State for President Kamala Harris when Sleepy Joe “retires”.
