All Antifa does is suppress, oppose, and criticize the current administration. Therefor, it is logical to assume they view the current lawfully elected administration as being fascist. Antifa exists to actively seek the overthrow of the current administration. Such action is forbidden by Title 18 U.S. Code § 2385, which imposes fines and/or imprisonment for up to 20 years if convicted.
