Wait. What? Some of the 39.5 million people in the Golden State want to separate themselves and their real estate from the CCCP (Crazy Commie Coastal People) under the rule of Governor Moonbeam?
“New California” is their goal. It’s the area shown in beautiful blue on the map below. It would become the 51st state.
The urine-yellow colored area would remain as California, the 31st state.
The group is serious. They cite authority granted in the U.S. Constitution “. . . to provide a republican form of government as guaranteed by Article IV, Section 4,”.
The group’s co-founder says there has not been a republican form of government in California for a long time.
