So, here’s the deal from the past:

Abraham has been promised by God that he and his wife Sarah will have a son. Abraham is 86 and Sarah has NEVER been able to have children. So they don’t believe God and they get impatient.

Sarah tells Abraham to have sex with her handmaiden Hagar. Abraham does. Hagar bears a son by Abraham. The boy’s name is Ishmael. He is the father of all Arabs.

The son God promised to Abraham and Sarah eventually came when Abraham was 100. The boy was named Isaac. From him all Jews and Christians are descended.

So Islam, Judaism and Christianity all trace their beginnings back to Abraham.

The Holy Bible says this about the son who came through Hagar:

“… he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man’s hand against him: and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren. [Genesis 16: 12].

Now here’s the deal from the present:

President Trump has ordered the U.S. embassy moved from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

The followers of Ishmael (Islam) claim Jerusalem is their holy city. Their claim is based solely upon human tradition. Their holy book, the Quran, makes NO mention of the city of Jersalem

The followers of Isaac (Jews and Christians) claim Jerusalem is their holy city based upon over 800 direct mentions in the Old Testament and the New Testament of the Holy Bible.

Islam has NO bona fide claim to Jerusalem, but, in keeping with Genesis chapter 16, their hands are against every man (Jihad). Devout followers of ALL of the Quran’s teachings are contentious, combative. and devoted to the annihilation of the nation of Israel, indeed, of anyone who refuses to worship Allah and his prophet Mohammad.

That is why Islamists are raging at this particular time in history.
