Kathryn Steinle was walking with her Dad on San Francisco’s Pier 14 when a shot rang-out and Kate, mortally wounded, fell to the ground and uttered her last words, recounted here by her Father: “… Kate fell, and looked at me and said, ‘Help me, Dad.’ Those are the last words I will ever hear from my daughter.”

The bullet came from a stolen gun in the hand of an illegal alien who claimed he was trying to shoot a sea lion. The shooter has been arrested and deported five times in the past. He claims he saw the gun laying on the ground and picked it up. He is a convicted felon who is not allowed to have a firearm. He faced many possible charges from reckless endangerment to 1st degree murder.

The killer was charged (probably unwisely) with 1st degree murder. Because there were no witnesses the 1st degree murder charge could not be proven and the court in the “Sanctuary City” of San Francisco set the shooter free.

Q: Are the Liberals right that our borders should not be closed to all but legal immigrants? Should dangerous criminals like Kathryn’s killer be allowed to sneak in to America at will?

A: Of course they are not right!
