There is a theory circulating the blogosphere that the exodus of RINOs from the GOP lineup for the 2018 mid-term election is happening because they plan to run as Independents. Hmm.

Anyway, add another anti-Trump Republican to the list. Rep. Jeb Hensarling (R-TX) announced he will not seek re-election (as a Republican?) in 2018.
