The U.S. Constitution clearly establishes the electoral college.

Tuesday night in a speech at Indiana University law school DNC Chairman (but not for long) Tom Perez directly disagreed with Article II of the Constitution, which says, “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress.”

This is kind of like a major league umpire disagreeing that three strikes is an out.

Just another indicator of the dazed and confused state in which the Democrats are living. The quality of people at the top of the party is embarrassing, and getting worse.

Maybe President Trump knew Perez was not a qualified political leader when he sent the following message . . .
