For all the people who believe the Holy Bible is: historically accurate; scientifically consistent; without error if properly translated from authorized manuscripts; and the only rule of life and faith, today is The Lord’s Day, Sunday, a special day of the week set-aside for observing and celebrating the concept of REST.

The central message of the Bible is that the ultimate rest for mankind is to be set free from guilt and sin. In the Bible the way to this eternal rest is made clear.

The Holy Bible is in the news lately regarding the claims of some that the end of the world will happen next Saturday.

Such claims cannot be made with absolute certainty because God alone knows such details and those are not specified with absolute, irrefutable clarity. There has always been theories and predictions but the fact is the precise day and the hour of the end is not revealed in the Bible.

What is clearly and irrefutably revealed is that the world will end. Many signs of the end are given in the Bible and those signs are ALL present now for the fist time in human history. From this it is reasonable to accept the idea that the end is not far distant.

One thing every reasoning human being on Earth should be concerned about is their own personal condition regarding rest from their burden of sin and guilt.

The world will end when it ends, probably soon, but what matters most is to not be separated from God by your sin when the end does come. The most important advice for all mankind is in the Holy Bible, in a book written by one of God’s prophets back long ago. Isaiah was led by God to write these words:

“SEEK YE THE LORD WHILE HE MAY BE FOUND, CALL YE UPON HIM WHILE HE IS NEAR:” Isaiah 55:6 (King James Version)
