Back in May, 2011 Obama sent a 5th-level State Dept. official to the inauguration of the incoming Nigerian President, a Christian. That man is now being replaced by a newly-elected President, a Muslim.
There will be no low-level minion attending this gala event.
Barack Hussein is sending the top man in the State Dept. to pay homage.
