Step 1: Course of action implemented.

Step 2: Monitor progress of implementation.

Step 3: Fire staff members who defy implementation.

Here’s an an actual example of how the style works:

Step 1: Because folks intent upon harming America are entering via certain refugee/immigration channels President Trump LAWFULLY implements a 120-day hold on refugees; a ban of unspecified duration  on all Syrian refugees; and a 90-day ban on incoming citizens (non-refugees) from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.

Step 2: A federal lawyer defies the action and refuses to defend it. Her name is Sally…

Step 3: President Trump fires Sally.
