Barack Hussein Obama’s annual rate of added federal regulations is 41% higher than his predecessor, G.W. Bush.
In his first 5 years in office Obama added 3,504 pages-per-year of new regulations, compared to 2,409 for Bush.
That’s 17,522 pages of new laws executed by Obama during the period of 2009 to 2013.
