The photo shows a helicopter– which runs on high-octane fossil fuel Aviation Gas– spraying water which has been heated– using a fossil fuel powered burner– on a big tanker truck–powered by fossil fuel diesel– which drove a long way to get as close to the remote location as it could to transfer the hot water to the helicopter (which has no heater to keep the water hot), so the hot water could then be sprayed on the blades of the turbine to melt the ice which was forming despite the global warming conditions.

All this fossil fuel burning was done to prevent the planet from becoming too warm by producing electricity without using fossil fuels.
